TOTAL ECLIPSE OF SUN
On 22 July, there will be an eclipse of the sun, for people who want to see this wonderful phenomenon of nature.
On July 22, 2009 will be a total solar eclipse with a magnitude of 1.0799 to be seen in northern India, eastern Nepal, northern Bangladesh, Bhutan, northern tip of Myanmar, China and central Pacific Ocean including the Ryukyu Islands, Marshall Islands and Kiribati. Totally will be seen in cities like Surat, Varanasi, Patna, Thimphu, Chengdu, Chongqing, Wuhan, Hangzhou and Shanghai. A partial eclipse will be seen in the much broader path of the shadow of the Moon, including most of Southeast Asia and the northeastern Pacific.
This solar eclipse will be the longest total solar eclipse of the twenty-first century and will not exceed in duration until June 13th of 2132. Whole will have a duration of up to 6 minutes and 39 seconds, the peak of the eclipse will occur at 02:35:21 UTC 100 km south of the Bonin Islands, southeast of Japan
