    Hey Everyone,
    here is a video that I had promised a few people a while while back but here it is, kind of choppy but I did not want to make it to long and boring.  I noticed that everyone had a good start to the new year so far and I hope everyone is keeping positive.  A few new things like what Malay had said on his blog, we are off to a good start by creating goals for our EMC team to achieve and on top of that I am looking forward to this year for other changes and different ways to stay busy, stay positive, and stay ahead for the future to come.

    @ Missy S -- I'll work on a vid to show you girl gymnasts doing line drills do the exact same thing (head down).  I think it's so they don't trip over their own two feet when they're walking!  =D

    I LOVE THE  VIDEO! omg who is that Stranger at the end of the video doing pull ups...wow it's been a while since I've seen J in a video!

    @ JRS: kinda. But still, even post-flip, they're walking staring at the ground. The only reason I pointed it out--OK, not "only," I can't help noticing stuff like that and then it gets my endless curiosity going--is cuz, a lot of those flippers have aspirations of using those skillz professionally. Staring at the ground seems like a bad habit to be in...::shrug::

    @ Missy S:  You're suppose to see where you're going....gymnasts do flips the same way unless it's a blind landing then their heads are up and they're praying that they hit the ground when they're suppose to!  Maybe it's easier to think of a gymnast doing a front aerial instead of these guys doing what is essentially side somes (pronounced sum-ez) i.e., side Arabians.  Does that help?  hee hee!

    What Ms S said, I was wondering the same thing.  Then I started wondering if I do the same when I do flips, since I haven't even tried in over a year I can't remember heh.
