so, I was at work yesterday. you know... doing my thing, answering phone calls and what not. then this lady called... she asked me about our music programs and i replied nicely to her about our programs and what not.. then she asked me about piano programs.. because my boss didn't tell me much about our programs, I told her straight off the bat that I wasn't the best person to talk to. and she kept bombarding me with questions and started complaining when I couldn't answer them.. HELLO LADY!! I TOLD YOU I DON'T KNOW MUCH ABOUT PIANO... obviously, I didn't say that... but still >.<"
Anyways, I told her to hold on the phone and wait for me to get a more suited person for her to talk to. I tried to grab my boss to talk to her, but he was in a meeting, so I went back to the phone and saw the line was disconnected... I was scared that it was our fault the line got disconnected, so I called her back. She started to complain and asked me rudely, "why would you even call back?" then she hung up on me. My goodness... that was the worst call I have ever got. do you guys ever get calls like these?
hahaha. that felt better... thanks.

so, I'm sitting at my desk, thinking about what I should do for my project. the course that this project is for is called Asian Literatures and Cultures. It's actually a pretty interesting course because it deals with Asians Americans and their search for individuality and own identities. I find that this course not only teaches me my own culture's history, but also relates to me because I am also an Asian Canadian.
Anyways, back to my project. So, I actually decided at the beginning of this semester, that I wanted to do something along the lines with photography. Asian photographers to be exact. But how do I tie it into my course? I looked at the Course Outline. One of the topics is Constructing Female Identities. So, what a good way to tie it in. So, I decided to do my project on Asian Female Photographers.
So, any suggestions on how I can find and/or contact Asian Female Photographers? Hopefully, I chose the right path with my project. hahaha.
