  • Love and Prayers to Japan

It breaks my heart to see the images of what people had to face in Japan.  Cars, houses, and other infrastructures being swept away like dust in Miyagi.  Fathers, mothers, children, friends, and families missing, injured or lost.

Please take care everyone!  To those with friends and families in Japan - I hope you get in touch with them!

Let's do what we can to help!  Living in Vancouver, we expect a +9.0 quake to hit us anytime~ so seeing what Japan is facing scares me most definitely but more importantly triggers me to do what I can to help!  You always have to think about what if you were there, what if your friends and family were there.

I actually know this former intern that Etchy was talking about.  (In fact, it was actually me who referred her to Etchy and the boys.)  She just reported on facebook that she is a-ok right now.

Time to move out of "flood plain Richmond".

So where have you been hiding for the last couple of years? :)

Were you able to contact the intern?  I hope they are okay and safe!  I haven't been in Japan nor experienced a serious one, but just hearing stories...it's terrifying!
I'm helping to organize a fundraiser show in Vancouver...it's all I can do! Hope a little goes a long way.

its very scary, one of our former interns was actually working near sendai actually. so its actually hitting very close to home for us.

Also when I lived in Japan we had a serious earthquake  too, so I can identify with the situation a bit.   You appreciate other people caring and helping!
