Tried to upload more pics fm. Aug. Taipei trip but failed; and now is OK. Taipei 101 is the tallest building in the world now, but it'll be replaced by Shanghai or Doha very soon. The book store is famous cos the main store is opened 24 hours/day, and lots of HK tourists love to visit. Most of the pics were taken fm. the ferries wheel. I watched movie "Wall-E" with Amelie on that day and so we can ride the ferries wheel too (package ticket).

I watched a program about the building of this structure. It's got a water-filled (or was it solid metal?), counter-balance thing in the top tier, under the needle. Somewhere.
