Went to Disneyland HK last Sat. The weather's perfect, not so hot and not so sunny.
Amelie has a great time. She loves "Minnie" the most,
and she played 2 times the newly opened "Little World", and she's so delighted to find "Little Mermaid" inside; of course, we love the parade show and the firework on the "Sleeping Beauty Castle".
Amelie is wearing the Minnie hair band on the profile pic, very cute, has a little crown. She wears this to school today and yesterday, and her teacher said she refused to take it off
. She said she's "Princess A-le-me" (yes, she refuses to call herself Amelie, her best friend in class called her A-le-me too). She did go to Disneyland when she's 2 yrs. old, but she seems to totally forget all about it!
Read Peachey's comment about IKEA's bad service. This remind me on that day when we played in the "Tomorrow's Land", lined-up for the "Orbitron", a Disleyland officer (female) came to the lines and gave stickers to the Caucasian kids behind us, Amelie stared at her, and my E asked for a sticker too, but she ignored us and went away! We found that she only gave stickers to Caucasian kids!
So my E was so angry
and he brought Amelie chased after that officer and asked for a sticker, and she behaved so rude, giving my Amelie a sticker very "unwillingly, and without a smile". So my E said "FxxK U". How can Caucasian respects Chinese, if we can't even respect ourselves?
Just an exceptional case here, other Disneyland officers are good to Amelie, giving her stickers, smiling at her.........we have a great time!
