Just forget about the M and Kangaroo, and thks for everyone's support, but still I know that I need to loose some weight.  I didn't get on my weight scale for a long time, just don't feel like to face the fact........well, I gained about 5kg after I get married (I think), but if you see my E ( Janechu and AC100 and Etchy met him in HK), he gained 20kg after we get married, yes 20 kg.  My friends said my E is S size when they first met him, but now is XL........no wonder I don't have the incentive to loose some weight, cos my E always said he likes me to be fat (he's so BAD).

Anyway, let's talk about my trip in Taipei鴨舌 Duck tongue is one of my favourite Taiwan food.  I think lots of HK people loves too; cos when I went to buy it, most of the customers are HK tourists; plus, lots of HK superstars fm. HK love to buy the duck tongue there (pics have been shown in the shop).  Everytime I went to HK from Taiwan, my cousin would ask me to bring at least 3 boxes for him (NT 500/ box).  Here are the pics:

Yummy yummy..... a little bit spicy and salty.....it's good to go with a beer/ any cold drink.

The famous 老天祿 shop located in  西門町, 台北 Taipei, Taiwan:

People are waiting; they have other food too, like chicken wings, duck wings, pig ears etc.

Amelie is waiting very impatiently outside the shop:

西門町, a good place for teenagers to shop.  Not so crowded during weekdays.

Fat or skinny is not that important as long as you and your E are healthy.  Maybe you two can do some activity together with Amelie to get some exercise.

My husband used to be so skinny when we first met.  I think I weighed more than him.  He's a good size now thanks to my good cooking :P

Duck tongue is okay not my favorite.  Hubby likes it much more than I do.

I've never had duck tongue. Have only eaten grilled cow's tongue in Japan.

It's a husband's duty to tell his wife that he likes her the way she is. Mr. P used to do that but I didn't buy it bc I wasn't happy. I changed to feel better about myself.

It's funny there was a time when Mr. P was a little overweight. I'd tell him so too but either he ignored it or didn't want to admit it. Now he's back to a better weight and he's not amused at how heavy he was (not much, maybe 15 pounds more).  Old pics don't go away. haha.

Sometimes being a mom, we forget about ourselves. It's not being selfish if we think about ourselves sometimes.

Chloe & I love the duck tongues too. We always order them whenever we go for a dimsum lunch. Chicken wings, duck wings yum yum! But yeah the Taiwan ones have very good reputation indeed. I notice Ajiichiban in HK sell some in packets not cheap tho. Oh I love food so much. If I ever go to Taiwan, I'll try everything. I don't mind being fat as long as there's good food around hehehee! ^_^
