Choons Awards 2011, Malaysia's most prestigious dance music awards kicked off with a bang recently at WERNERS Changkat Bukit Bintang. Many fans, friends and local artists flocked to WERNERS to witness their favourite DJs and deserving Clubs received their awards for their respective categories which was put up for voting online several months before the awards ceremony. Several familiar faces including DJ Point (Manhand), DJ Nesh, DJ Sense and many more were among the winners for their contribution in the entertainment industry. The crowds were treated with free flow of boozes and drinks courtesy of Carlsberg, Asahi, Tequila Blue and Savana which was also jointly supported amongst others ALIVENOTDEAD, UNKNOWNCOLORS, CRAP, DZEUS VIP, LEE JEANS.

Stussy KL Launched with a bang on 16th January 2011, attracting hundreds of streetwear enthusiast all flocked in to witness the opening. At the same time Stussy KL launched the STUSSY x BAPE® "SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST" Collection the much awaited series that got the fans all excited. That’s right! They are down at KL last night and they were at Neutral Club for their pre-concert launch. Die hard fans queued up for the signing ceremony which lasted about an hour an a half and thereafter Manhand’s MC BEE and the resident DJ got the crowd dancing with their selective tunes. LMF WILD LAZY TOUR is scheduled tonight at KL LIVE and fans are already expecting a one hell of a performance by them. See you guys there!

It was the 1st International Toy Fair that was held in Malaysia and as expected many flocked there in the weekends to checkout the much talk about event. I had the pleasure of meeting Luk from DWEEY and of course the works of Liselle upon arrival at the booth which was placed at the most strategic location in the event. Besides toys, there were even cosplay events, magazines, anime and etc too. As it was such huge success, many who participated expected a bigger event for the year to come!

There was nothing lacking in the Adidas Originals street party. Everyone played their part in the street party. There were dance performances, band, hip hop artist, bicycle stunts, b-boys, cosplay and DJs too! Many who attended the event by invite were also seen in Adidas Originals apparels.
