Recently, there is a big changes to our team. Due some circumstances & management decision, Our team is being restructured. Without any discussion with me, my job position changed. From Market finance changed to FP&A. Actually, I am not ready to change yet. It's really not because reluctant to have job rotation but it just not now. I had been transferred from FP&A to market finance since Nov last year, just a few months on board. How am I going to switch myself and take over new role? Especially, they are expecting me to handover my current job.

As for my new role, I have no idea what should I do. According to my Manager, my role is wait for someone to give me the green light to proceed with the reporting. However, I am not the one who prepared the report. Thus what I need to do with the green light is let somebody know that the account is ready or final for them to do the reporting. Once somebody done with the reporting, I will need to check their number and beautified the report and send it to CFO & GM for approval. Em sound very important & professional. However, seem like I can't really have control on my own time. I need to wait for someone and somebody in order to finish my work.

Huh..this is my working life now. Not secure and No control at all. I hate it.
