The name's Alie, which is pronounced as "Alley"..
A.k.a Soh Ling Yu, which is 蘇玲玉..
Well..
My name's been incorrectly pronounced as "淋雨", "Ling You" and even "零一" for 14 years..
Of course..
"Leng Yoke" in Cantonese isn't of any pleasance either..
Finally..
Spent to add in an English name..
Still..
It's such an irony to hear "A Lie" or "Ah Lee" for the following 5 years or so..
Anyway..
I guess it's none of anybody's business..

Alie is just an ordinary girl.. Born in Hong Kong.. Brought up in Singapore.. Overly-protected since birth.. The Golden Rule: "Just Listen and Follow.. Everything will be Okay.." Eventually knows nothing and does nothing.. Jaywalking was the first wrong thing she did, which satisfies her hell lots.. Afraid of every little thing.. Very dependent on whoever she comes across.. Always day-dreaming and trying to be an ostrich, escaping from reality.. Sick of being manipulated and being the same as everybody else in the family.. Thus, the Black Sheep.. Trying really hard to get out of her "shell".. Striving to leave for Sydney in March 2009 despite strong oppositions.. Aiming to be a Dietician..
Alie's family and friends think that she's slow in everything.. She's not that slow actually.. It's just that they're faster.. She doesn't get the point.. Even if you're faster, there won't be more than 24 hours a day, right..? Ponders about "You can choose to run or stroll to the end point.. However, by running, you may miss the exquisite details along the way.. It's not always the end results that matter.. Don't be too busy that you'll eventually realise you've got nothing to remember in your life.."
Alie is full of curiosity.. Always asking "why" and wants to try everything.. Likes to travel overseas.. For beautiful sceneries, buildings, landmarks and to experience different cultures.. Most importantly, food..
Alie collects plushies since don't know when.. No definite character.. Whatever she deems cute.. Crazy about My Melody, for she is a rabbit, who wears a red hood.. And loves Eeyore for he is a donkey, who's always slower..
Alie's hobby is playing games.. With her younger siblings, friends or simply alone.. Indoor games.. Wii, PSP, NDS, poker, mahjong and board games are the best.. Can keep her occupied the whole day without moving an inch.. Not forgetting cross-stitching, reading comics/圖文書, and watching movies/anime/TV..
Alie prefers sleeping to anything else.. Currently with a record of 20 hours.. Sort of a nocturnal person.. Believes in "To sleep and be able to eat.. My pleasure for being alive..!"
