Alaric began his exciting career in the Singapore film and television scene as an actor at the age of 17, when he was offered a supporting role in director Glen Goei’s feature film, Forever Fever. Since then, he has appeared in numerous film and television projects including telemovies, popular sitcoms, and award winning films. Some of his more memorable roles include those in Channel 5’s Money, The Yang Sisters and The Noose; His feature film credits include The Carrot Cake Conversations and Director Han Yew Kwang’s adorable romantic comedy, 18 Grams of Love.
Alaric has also taken on other roles behind the camera. An award-winning director, Alaric has produced, written and directed several short films that have received critical acclaim at international film festivals around the world. His credits behind-the-camera include the fun comedy When We Were Bengs, the heart-warming drama Headache, and the documentary, Journey of Change - the inspiring true story of a religious sect transformed by the truth of grace.
An active member of the entertainment community, Alaric holds a few titles to his name. They include Vice-President (Recruitment) of Ngee Ann Polytechnic’s Film, Sound & Video Alumni Chapter; and Associate of Breaking Into Hollywood® - an entertainment networking organization based in Los Angles.
He has a Diploma in Film, Sound and Video (Dip FSV), and a Bachelor of Film & Television (Ba Film & TV) from the Griffith Film School.
