Romantic day at Ngong Ping 360

Good morning all!
I'm a bit high this morning pumping Van Dyke's "Let Go" track on my stereo (sorry to my neighbours I just can't resist this morning!) I need a boost of energy! Thanks to all that rubbed it in how fun the party was on Saturday night...lol!
Ngong Ping 360 WAS alot of fun, I felt so much more refreshed and alive after that function. I was estatic that they brought us me on a one of the special guest. Ah Rosemary was there as well, finally met another AnD family member! Muah!
Ngong Ping 360, was a such a romantic trip & I think it's one of the most creative ways to bring your loved ones this valentines day! (Yeah I'm big on creativity!) A bit shout out to a few of my fans that made it to see me, you guys are soooo sweet! Sorry, I couldn't stay longer but I had to go back to TVB for another work related event!
I'm going to be shooting all day today for a commercial and an ad with a few Wai Yin girls that talks about Eating Well. An excellent topic since I'm big on eating healthy, organic, etc! People in HK really don't have the time to eat healthy and we hope that through these publicities, they will be constantly reminded to take better care of their bodies. Afterall, without a healthy body, you can't do nothing productive...and I mean NOTHING! <wink> Though, I really don't mind eating instant noodles with a boiled egg once in a while!

Okay, so this is my second blog of the day. I think I'm trying to make up for the fact that I haven't blogged for a while! lol. And probably because I'm embarassed to say that I'm stuck at home on a Saturday night all because I'm down with the flu bug.
Regardless I FINALLY got a chance to listen to this new Paul Van Dyke CD I bought when it was fresh....um....months ago! lol.

It was the limited edition that I bought, with the DVD of his performance clips in Berlin. I must say when I first listened to the entire track I was like, what the heck is this? It's different from his previous pieces, then I watched the DVD and got more into what he was trying to do. So, after listening to the CD a few more times (I really couldn't sleep!) I fell in love with track 16 : "Let Go",vocal's coming from Rea Garvey. I thought it was HOT. It was sexy, rock, sultry, van dyke-ish....ok it was just amazing. Second best I thought track 02: "White Lies" with Jessica Sutta from Pussy Cat dolls was great too. Very sexy...
I thought,"In between" is unlike his previous albums, it's a bit of everything. It took me some time to get used too. It contains the essence of Trance, techno, rockish, pop..but with a heavy electronic background so I guess that's why he named it "In between".
Seeing that I had all this time to kill on a Saturday night...
(damn flu!) (AnD crew better not boast of all their great fun at Pat's party--I know kung fu!) Hee hee.

First off, HAPPY BIRTHDAY PAT!!!!!!! Sorry to have not written in a while, it's been a bit busy.
I have many good photo's of me going around HK in search of the most "latest" and most luxurious in cuisin, fashion, spa's , design and style that I would be sharing in the up coming days so stay tuned.
But in the meantime, something more important... I turned on my computer and was reading my email's when I came across this unfortunate forward from a friend of a friend who lost her grandfather in Tsing Yi yesterday. I really hope that she finds him and I'm pretty sure it's not a hoax, the very least that I can do besides pray for him is to post it up on my AnD blog in hopes that you may have seen him!

Hi guys!!!!!!
I finished an MC job for Yun Zai charity last saturday and it was loads of fun and very worth while. I got to visit two older gentlemen who were helped by the organization and spoke with them about how the organization helped them change their life. We also raised alot of money to help others in need. Alot of great singers, old & new, were there to perform including Hacken, twins, kenny, Ho Wun See, Miriam, Jade, Niki... etc....Hacken is so kind, he assured me not to be nervous and that I was doing well. He's so kind hearted and I think the industry is blessed to have such a kind soul as his. I worked with 3 other experienced MC's whom I think are capable to talk their way out of anything...and I mean ANYTHING! lol. Their tongues can open a wine bottle! heh heh!
The highlight of the night besides the fact that this was for charity, I wore a Loewe gown and wore a set of diamond earrings and ring, weighing over 8 carats and worth more than $315,000 hkd. I felt like a princess...

But I swear I was freaking out that I would lose this set.....my daddy was my bodyguard after the show to ensure we didn't get robed! lol. This photo was shot after the show in our own private MC room.....how posh! lol. Thanks Ana (my other partner MC) for holding the camera! My only regret that night was that we didn't get a chance to shoot a photo with all 4 MC's! It's one of my traditions that I do everytime I do a big show.

It's almost a brand new year guys!
brrrr... it's so chilly outside, I just got back from practising my wushu routine for tomorrow nights performance @ Olympian City with my Dad. He's so funny! heh heh. He seemed so fearless before my routine and kept chatting with me about my Mum and then when I pull out my sword...he see's how sharp my sword was....haha haha......he tries to "naturally" scurry over to a safer distance....unsuccesfully....sheesh....! (he's never ACTUALLY seen me practise in real-life. so I forgive him! heh heh) It was hard to keep a straight face after than. lol.
I have to admit, it doesn't feel like christmas went by, I think it's because HK is missing the white snow! I miss driving up my street on a cold winter night and it seemed like I was driving through a lost city...everything was covered in white dust, no one in sight, no sound except my car's engine and the crushing of the snow beneath my wheels....and a few glistening christmas light decorations peeking through the heaps of snow as I drove by the houses. Awww, I do miss good old Canadian Christmas! (Sorry, for my nostalgia talk! ) Even though HK is decorated with the most beautiful and outragerous christmas designs, it never seems to compare to something as simple as Snow. Wouldn't you guys agree?
My fans were so sweet, I must give a big warm shout out to my fans that organized a special christmas party for me & my pal! I LOVE you guys and you guys are the best! Even though we had to leave after a short visit due to work, I had so much fun and it was really nice to meet some new and old faces. Thank you for all your support and kindness! You guys will always hold a very special place in my heart!
lol, heh heh AND thank you for all the candy & gifts!!!! I was on sugar high the rest of night!
