on a cruise ship... | 在一艘巡航艦上…

I'm taking over the captain's control panels....let's go there! (no worries, the captain was keeping a REAL close eye on me! ) hah hah!
| 我現在代替船長指揮…開去那邊!(別擔心，真正的船長在看著我呢!) 哈哈!
No worries, I didn't press any buttons! This panel reminded me of the old NINTENDO game controllers I used to play as a little kid! They looked SO cool!
| 別怕，我沒按任何鍵! 這個控制盤讓我想起小時候玩的一個很老的任天堂遊戲控制器! 太酷了!
Me and my Dolce Vita partner, Jason, had a little too much time on our hands as we were hours until night fall to shoot the city night scape! so we decided to explore the ship... BOO!
| 我和Dolce Vita拍檔Jason剛好有多余時間，要等幾個小時太陽落山後拍城市夜景! 我們決定在船上四處探索… Boo!
I LOVED this retro feeling staircase in the lower "employees only" deck so I had to take a photo!

This is the ships anchor, in a VERY secluded and dangerous part of the ship. I swear I can lift it, I swear! arg!!!!

This is the kitchen, look how BIG the soup pot is!? It's big enough that I can curl up in it...
| 廚房，看看那口湯鍋有多大!? 大到我都可以縮進裏面…
I found a christmas tree in one of the control rooms....I had to take a quick snap shot as I thought it was sweet to keep the tree up even though it is WAY past christmas! It was a way to make them all feel like home since all of the members on the ship came from different parts of the world!
| 在一間控制室我發現了一棵聖誕樹…聖誕節都過去那麽久了，現在還放著它真是貼心，我要拍張照片! 船員來自世界各地，聖誕樹讓大家感覺到家的溫馨。
Finally me and Jason were so tired from exploring and still had 2 more hours until sunset, so we decided to take a nap to re-charge ourselves before filming.
On a funny note: It was one of the coldest days when we shot this episode. It was so cold that the crew and we devoured dozens of pieces of sandwiches, toast and plates of noodles. Thank you for Asia Cruise for filling our stomachs with food, we might not have lasted until night fall as all of our stomaches were making weird hungry noises! he heh!

| 探索之旅過後，我和Jason都很累了，但還有2個小時才天黑，我們決定拍攝前小睡一會兒補充體力。
有意思的事：拍攝這天非常冷。天氣太冷，以至於工作人員和我們消滅了很多三明治、吐司，還有好多盤面條。感謝亞洲巡遊艦用食物填飽了我們的肚子，否則我們可能捱不到晚上拍攝，因為肚子已經咕咕叫著抗議了! 呵呵!

Star Kitchen !

Hi all,
I just got back from a "styling" meeting for a new drama that I will be in, it's the one that show's daily at 8pm. I'll find out the English name for it soon. Filming will start next week. I'm really excited about my character and am grateful for another chance to learn more! I'll post photo's of me in character so that you can have a "face" to put with the descrīption!
I was a guest at TVB's "Star Kitchen" for 3 episodes....where I was the star! yeah! okay kidding, I was there to learn more about cooking and to cook along side a renowned chef! It was too much fun and way to much to eat! Two of the episodes already aired, let me see if I can get my hands on them to show you on my site! I especially LOVE the soup, it was gone in 3 minutes! Thankfully we cooked enough so that the entire crew had enough to eat! I really like to cook when it's for someone special, don't think TOO far, special as in special friends!
hee hee. I think I went crazy on the show, dancing around and making my sifu sing old love songs as if it was in my own kitchen! 
My Not So Secret recipe to good food:
1. Natural organic ingredients (my favorite. )
2. Love (as with everything, this is a must. )
3. Good company ! (makes EVERYTHING taste better even if I burnt it ! ) *wink wink *

Hummer H3 Party

It's 6 am and I'm experiencing Jet Leg...I'm embarassed to even mention that since I had a late evening meeting today I slept over 11 hours last night. And even though I came back Friday night I still had trouble sleeping today, lol. I was sporting my new favourite "Toronto Maple Leafs" hockey cap. I miss home already and I gained a total of 11 pounds (I'm not kidding!) and I'm darn proud of it. ha ha. I ate hot dogs and nacho's at the hockey games and lots of Italian, Greek and Korean food at my favourite restaurants. I was going crazy down old memory lane. I ate SO MUCH cheese cake and dessert..I think that is the main reason for my weight gain. HA HA.
Well I missed everyone here on AnD and it's great to be back. I need to share a video of me going crazy at a Toronto Maple Leaf's game when Matt Sundin scored. when I get my camera back from my cousin in law. Anyone a hockey fan out here!? I feel SO deprived of my favourite sport on earth living in a city that is 12 hours in time difference!
I have so many photo's to share but here are a few from my NY trip first...more next entry!
Hummer H3 but was a bit afraid of getting car jacked in New Jersey. I was driving as much as I could, it was a Hummer H3 Party for me! I was the new chauffeur for the family! heh heh. Loved every minute of it!
I (gasp!) opted for a Dean & Deluca's latte instead of my daily dose of Starbucks. CHEERS!
I love street vendor Hot dogs and their (sometimes) home made ketchup which makes their hot dogs AMAZING!
Big BOWL of french Coffee during a REALLY early morning in the SOHO area with my Bud! French breakfast, ahhh this is life!
In the Village area...ok, I love old vintage things but WHAT THE HECK is this!? I HAD to take these photo's because it was a bit disturbing to see. They TRADE in old shoes...uck, take my word for it. They were so dirty and had dozens of holes...and just eeeeek!

I LOVE NYC! | 我愛紐約!

Hi all!
Guess where I am guys!? I'm in my hometown Toronto, Canada, with a few days left before heading back to HK. I just got back from a few Radio Interviews at Fairchild Television and will take part in another 2 interviews tommorow after my charity work at Man Sheong. I miss my hometown! I took some time off of work to re-charge and to spend some quality time with my family for Chinese New Year (we know how much of a big deal that is!) I also took time to go to NYC for a week and it was so much fun! Shopping spree after shopping spree! (I have, ahem, officialy 8 pairs of new shoes in my suitcase now! heh heh) NOTHING beats Canadian and USA shopping! I know my friends would think I'm crazy for saying that, after all isn't HK known for being THE shopping district? We saw the Phantom of the Opera and The Vanguard Jazz Club...they were great!
. I am embarssed to say though, that I had major jet leg everynight when I was in the city and ended up falling alseep through half of all the shows that we attended regardless how good the performances were! The 12 hour time difference was just way too much for me!| 大家好!
你們猜我現在在哪? 我在家鄉加拿大多倫多，再呆幾天就回香港。我剛剛在Fairchild電視臺參加完幾個電臺訪問，明天Man Sheong慈善活動後還有兩個訪問。我想念家鄉! 工作之余我休息放松，與家人一起度過了農歷新年(如你所知，新年大餐有很多菜!) 我還到紐約一周，非常好玩! 瘋狂購物接著又瘋狂購物! (我現在有，啊咳，8雙新鞋躺在行李箱了! 呵呵)
有點不好意思，我時差還沒倒過來，就算演出如此精彩，看到一半我還是睡著了! 12小時的時差對我來說太難了!
It's freezing in Toronto and NY. I landed an awsome I LOVE NY tshirt in which I'm re-vamping into my own style. Princess sleeves and all!
For once in a loooong while, I chucked my Starbucks for a Dean & Deluca's Latte and it was good!
