  Hey guys!

  Hope everyone is doing well and keeping healthy! I just got back from work not so long ago and enjoying a nice bowl of congee. yummmmm. I did a Planet Earth / Sony event today then rushed back to TVB for a studio shooting. The assistant director claimed that I looked "stoned" all night and asked me twice why I wasn't jumping off the walls like usual. We later figured it was because I had the event earlier and didn't get enough sleep. As well as, I arrived at TVB a few hours earlier than neccessary.

  HIM magazine is out so be sure to pick up a copy! I thought that it would be PACKED with artists but apparently there are only photos of 5 actresses...HOT Photos!...(the other girls that is! heh heh) I will let you guys decide what you think of mine so if you are curious enough, go pick up a copy in a nearby HK newstand. It's their 17th Anniversary Issue so it's extra special! lol.

  希望大家都順利、健康! 我剛從工作中回來，享用了一碗美味的粥，好香。我今天出席了行星地球/Sony的活動，然後趕回TVB拍攝一輯照片。助理導演說我整晚看起來象"喝醉了"，兩次來問我為什麽不象往常一樣蹦蹦跳跳。原來是因為我之前有活動，睡眠不足。而且我比預定到TVB的時間早了好幾個小時。

  HIM雜誌新一期已經出版，記得去買一本! 這期有許多藝術家，但他們只拍了5位女演員…熱辣照片!...(其他女生很辣! 呵呵) 我想知道你們對我照片的看法，如果你有些好奇，就去附近的香港報刊亭買一本來看。這期是雜誌成立17周年特刊，有特殊意義!

  要在明天的拍攝前睡個美容覺了，我保證會在接下來的日誌中發布一些新的劇照，所以要保持關註哦…>>>

• Limited Ed. Agnes B Choco | ED. Agnes B限量巧克力

  Hello!

  It's been a busy time shooting for the drama series, my hair has grown longer and a trim was badly needed yesterday after my full day of shooting. I'm lucky my brilliant manager squeezed in a photoshoot for Wedding Mag (due out November 1) and Dolce Vita t.v. program as host this past week. It was loads of fun and I took a photo at one of our locations..Agnes B Chocolates. We also talked about stella (for those who love beer!), different types of cuisines (too bad I didn't get a chance to try those) and a bunch of other goodies...

  A bit of foul news, my computer broke down the past week and I didn't get a chance to fix it yet. Is it bad luck to have both my Mac & PC broken...luckily I still had this old Sony comp trucking along for me or else I wouldn't even get the chance to check my emails! (but to be honest, I've been too tired lately to even have time to check those!) Yipes! Hehe =) 

  This is how short I had to cut my hair for the cop drama series (I'm a CID)...check it out!

  自從拍攝電視劇以來我非常忙，頭發長了，經過一整天的拍攝之後極需修剪。很幸運，我能幹的經紀人上周還幫我擠出時間接了一期Wedding雜誌(11月1日出版)的拍攝，和主持Dolce Vita節目。非常有趣，我在其中一個拍攝地拍了張照片…Agnes B巧克力，這期我們還談論了stella(喜歡啤酒的人註意了!)、不同風味的烹飪(很可惜我沒機會一一嘗試)以及許多其他很棒的內容…

  壞消息是我的電腦上周崩潰了，都沒時間修它。很倒黴的是我的Mac和PC機同時壞掉…還好有這臺舊Sony計算機，否則我都沒辦法查看郵件!(但老實說，我最近太累了，都沒時間看!) Yipes!呵呵=)

  我必須為警察連續劇把頭發剪到這麽短(我是刑事偵緝科的)…看看!

  自从拍摄电视剧以来我非常忙，头发长了，经过一整天的拍摄之后极需修剪。很幸运，我能干的经纪人上周还帮我挤出时间接了一期Wedding杂志(11月1日出版)的拍摄，和主持Dolce Vita节目。非常有趣，我在其中一个拍摄地拍了张照片…Agnes B巧克力，这期我们还谈论了stella(喜欢啤酒的人注意了!)、不同风味的烹饪(很可惜我没机会一一尝试)以及许多其他很棒的内容…

  mmmm....these shots were taken while I was hosting Dolce Vita at Agnes B. Their chocolates are handmade and each one has a different graphic/design on it.  I love anything that's original and graphic oriented! My favourite one would be the lychee Rose Dark Chocolate, it tasted quite nice without being overly sweet. These sugar babies don't come cheap though. $59.99 HKD for a set of 2.

• First day shooting

  Hi There!  =)

  Sorry it's been a while since I've logged on. I've been studying. =) My first day shooting was yesterday for the T.V. drama and it was hot hot hot. (the weather) lol and our outfits. Today was another day of shooting except it was shorter, as well as my manager was able to squeeze in a FHM magazine photoshoot near the end of the night for me. The mag should be out on the 23rd to celebrate it's 7th year anniversary. I was told that it would be about 6-7 page spreads...we will see! So grab one when it gets out! um....what else, my brain is going a mile a minute but my finger can't seem to keep up!  I also have another day shooting tommrow evening with a very experienced TV actor, hopefully I can get a chance to learn a few more tricks from a real PRO!

  Thanks for your comments and emails (from my sweet fans) regarding my injured ankle....surprisingly, it still hasn't completely healed yet (so no training for a while) but it's healing rather slowly. I've gone to the chinese doctor 4 times now...these things takes time so I'm sure it will be all better with a bit more time!

  I better get to bed now, early day tommorow!

• Excercising is DANGEROUS!

  Hi Everyone! 

  (Thanks for all your kind wishes in my last blog! I did indeed some mooncake)

  *hot tea in one hand!* & organic dried apple munchies in the other...

  It's been a pretty busy week... Let's start off with last week...I got back into training and I pushed myself way too hard. I thought I had muscle pain but this "pain" lasted for 6 straight days. I don't know if anyone remembers "growing pains" but that is exactly what it felt like at night, I couldn't sleep becuase it was so bothersome. This morning I woke up with no pain, but then when I put on my runners and started to walk, there was pain again  but just on my ankle. I can't put any weight on it nor bend it. Funny though, if I were to wear high heels, the pain subsides. Looks to me, I had sprained my ankle and didn't figure that out until the 6th day.   Silly me.....

  We shot Wai Yin Charity show last week and it broadcasted last night. If anyone saw it, I was the first one leading in the opening parade. The clothes were GORGEOUS. and I also performed with the other two girls the Chinese Fan dance while Hacken's was singing. No difficult back bending poses this time around. Lucky...as I was dancing with my right leg in pain. I had trouble keeping balance but the feedback was good. (phew!)   We had rehersals for 3 days....and missed the press conference for the drama that I will start shooting for soon.

  Looks like I will need to head over to the doctor on Tuesday or Wednesday after work to check out my ankle....

  what I learnt for next time:

  Excercising is DANGEROUS! Must keep focus at ALL times...lol

  To answer some of your questions in the comments section in my last blog:

  For some good sushi, so far I rather like 'Zuma' by Landmark. & they have some creative drink menu. Regarding my hair, it's rather short, but it's not spiky short.  I'll have to locate my usb cable for my camera, I can't post up any photo's until I retrieve that. My god sis came for a visit the other day and "borrowed" my card reader. I haven't seen it for a while...lol.

  I have rehersals tomorrow morning until night, so I'm off to bed... And if your the lucky few that is granted with a holiday tomorrow, enjoy it while it lasts!

  回答有人在上則blog回復的問題：目前我最喜歡的壽司是Landmark的”Zuma”，這家店還有創意飲料菜單。說到頭發，我現在的頭發很短了，但不是寸頭。我要找到相機的連接線，不然沒辦法上傳照片。我的好妹妹那天來看我，”借”走了讀卡器，我已經有段時間沒看到它了…

  明天一整天都要排練，現在要去睡了…如果明天有人可以很幸福的放假的話，好好享受節日!
