Hi, with respect to your question about the Linkin Park Contest voting. At the top of the voting page there is a warning "NOTE: Each user can only vote once, so please pick carefully! Multiple votes by the same user making multiple accounts will be disqualified!"
Once a day we remove any duplicate votes. This is why most of the bands' vote totals change. This has been applied to all bands, not just one.
