With a skeptical mind, i went to watch this with a guy friend.
I heard from a gf this is a scary movie,
while another guy told me it isn't scary at all.
So I asked my partner in "crime" to watch it with me.
He is a big sized guy, much taller than me too.
He jumped from his seat many times,
while I sat there .. rather unaffected.
The sound effects were rather intense, I admit.
But I did not get the fear factor scare which I was hoping for ..
I could identify with the office politics.
but seriously, do they have to cast an asian guy to be the detest character ..
I guess in many movies, it is always the asian or black guy for such roles ..
And for the scene of the old lady getting back at the lead lady in her car ..
man, i felt that was too drama.
i whispered in my heart,
*打不死 (in dialet)
*unbeatable to death
LOL
It is fairly entertaining, for gross violence factor
