Just been really busy with work and traveling.... And..... I just came back from my first ever trip to HK. Initially I always had a very bad impression about HK coz I heard so much about the people's attitude towards customers....erm....that was like 20 years ago??? In my mind the only good thing about HK was it's food....But last week's trip there was a really eye opener especially for being there the first time.

The shopping at Causeway Bay was actually a ladies haven for clothes, rows of streets with some small shopping mall stuck to the corners of a building were just awesome....Well not for me though coz there isn't really any boutique for men !!! But comparing it to S/pore, HK sure beat us flat in terms of Fashion, Price and variety. There are also big shopping malls where they sell the branded stuffs.....Hahaha....I managed to get myself 2 pairs of DKNY Skinny Jeans at a good price just next to Excelsior Hotel. You don't get to see the latest fashion here n S/pore.
    Well...not so soon...

The setback about going to HK is that you can't afford to get Diarrhea coz it's so damn difficult to find a toilet there, you can't just use anyones toilet be it the restaurant or shops unless you buy or eat something there and there are no public seats on the streets at all. Man....you need to walk and walk and walk. Guess I'm not a great shopper after all. All the bad reviews I heard about HK retailers were untrue. The sales people there are very friendly MUCH MUCH more friendly than those in S/pore, at least they smile genuinely and the HK girls I saw in those boutiques were..... WOW !!! BEAUTIFUL!!!  They really dress themselves to the nines and they are very young probably about 22 to 26 and they just look Fabulous!!! They just have the style and they really know how to make themselves look great even at such a young age.

The Men in general are Much better looking than Singaporean men.... I'm being impartial with my statements but hey really have better complexion and have that sense of image thing in them. I was observing how they look and how they dress up, even the average ones looks better than us..... no wonder I don't have any second look from any female HK girls :-(( Coz their men there are all so cool and good looking .  I need to do a complete makeover asap.

Food in HK is FANTASTIC !!! Hands down to the cooks there. There is no way S/pore's food can be compared to HK except maybe for some stalls here. Price is cheap and you get the best freshly made whatever you order...Thats how great the food there is. There is just too much to mention about HK's food, nothing seems to taste bad at all....well so far I haven't tasted anything bad there.

Generally everything there is cheaper than it is in S/pore and I think my stay there was a little bit too short. You need at least 10 days or two weeks in HK to be able to shop and enjoy your stay, no wonder my friends use to save up and go for a shopping spree in HK every now and than.

If you're talking about general cleanliness, S/pore is still the best, streets are clean, housing estates are clean and perked up where else in HK no one seems to bothered about building maintenance...their housing apartments seems so run down and the streets are quite littered BUT restaurants and shopping interior is as clean as it is in S/pore. One thing about large shopping malls I've been to had cleaners mopping the toilets each time a user uses the cubicle or throne, so it's super clean.....S/pore's public toilet is horrendous but than again if you had diarrhea you can be assured that you won't shit in your pants coz toilets are everywhere.

I went to Mong Kok where the Gold Fish market is at....this is my favorite place of all as I am a pet and fish lover, they sell all sorts of exotic fishes and reptiles plus dogs and cats, two streets on the left and right has all the stuffs you want. Wow....if I lived in HK this would be one of the places  I would frequent most.

I am really looking forward to go back to HK, this time I must be well prepared and start looking for Men's shopping boutique and probably do a makeover first so that I'm in par with the HK Men and maybe some nice beautiful girl will take a second look at me :-P.

    Thank You Hong Kong !!!

HK is pretty nice. I enjoy the food the most. I'd say the younger people are pretty fashionable and image-conscious. I'm glad I've not yet had bathroom issues during any of my visits.  ;)
