AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH fuck!!! I wrote a lot of stuff and my coputer fucked up. FUUUUUUUUCCCKKKKKKK!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Ok short version:
These pics are from a training area for oarsmanship. There is the the bungee jump area for my brother, but he has to jump on a other day because it was to late and to dark when he came to the jump area.
I was so impressed of this area because they support oar so much that I have to make some pics.

    My training this week:
Swimming 15 laps in 20 minutes that means 80 sec for one lap I have to swim 2 laps breaststroke in 120 sec. Lot to do!
I had a casting on monday. It worked well hope to get the job.
One more job I get from the Lasko production and one for Galileo. A documentary.
Why can´t it be like this all the time.
I visit a friend and his father built a training center till next year and he told us that we can stay there if it´s ready. Hope it will be done very fast.
Sorry for the short blog but I have to kill someone because of my lost blog. See you next week
    KIIIIAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!!!!!

    Hello there,
first thanks for the comments on my last blog. Next time I will try to break a bottle with the Rope Dart ;-)
This week was ok. I buy a new mp3 player and its waterproof. I look like a complete idiot when I wear them but to hear Jack Johnson or the Fearless ending theme is so cool under water! You can relax complete and regenerate your muscles. I was swimming on Saturday but it rain´s. I can swear, no problem if you have Richie Ren´s Hua Tai Xiang in your Head. Here is his fantastic song:
    Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=27L4kpONKpA

I send my Reel out to some guys from the biz and one guy wants to make a little reportage about my Stuntlife or my Wushulife. He had to clear it up first and with a little luck I can get it.
Next weekend is the preview to Virus Undead. The movie I worked on for six weeks. You can find some pics on my site. Sorry that I can´t add some new pics but my camera is broke and the display doesn´t work anymore. If I can get a new one from anywhere I add more pictures...also from swimming lessons that you can see me look like a Panda... Loke like Kung Fu Panda maybe. Then its your desicion.
My Wushu practising is ok. My staff feels like a baseball right now. I try to work more till it feels like a mountain and then I will have a break for about 2 days. Maybe it works, we will see.
This week on sunday my brother have his first bungee-jump! With the body diving into water. I´m so excited. It was a gift from me to his birthday. I will record it and then I put it on the next blog.
Ok I keep on practise and wish everybody a nice week
    Byebye

This week…. What to tell? I received three mails of companys. They want an application form from me and I don´t have a good one. So I have to make one. The whole week I´m in trouble with that because I want to send also my Weapon Reel to them. So what to do? First cut the real, then design a new Setcard, write my References and design a visiting card. I don´t have a folder and I don´t know where I can get a good one so I do it buy myself. I have only 4 days to do that stuff because I have to give training on Monday and Tuesday and I have to visit Shifu Serge on Saturday. But I did it and I send it out today. Hope they like it and they want to meet me now. You see? Training this week was too short!

From now on I have to do three times a week my Wushu forms because of competition. No I have the problem with the other trainings. Time´s to short. Have to make a plan for all that I can handle it.

Picture from that evening. Try to improve Nangun

Hello to all. Hope you enjoy the diary

Do you like the application form?

Here is the Weapon Reel. I have to speed it up a little bit because I want to show how it can look in a movie. So this is not my real wushu skill...unfortunately:-(
But I try to improve my Wushu to that level...

    Haaaaa!!! What a week!
I just arived from Lasko-shooting. It was hard! I told you I have two days of shooting. The first day we start at ten. I have to drive for four hours to the set and that means, get up at 3.30! The first thing I thought this day was...Fuck!!!
Äh yes, after four hours I arrived on the set and... It starts to rain....and rain...and rain! The whole day!!! We try to choreograph a fight scene but it was wet and slippery and very hard to be motivated on that day. But it was a lot of fun to be on the set. After that we go to our Hotel and on the next day we have to stand up at 4. I think you know what I thought first! RIGHT!!!
We have to wear long suites like monks on the set and I only have to move from A to B for ten minutes. That´s it. After that I have nothing to do for more four hours. Oh man... I was so tired!!!! After a break for the whole crew it start´s for me. I have to do four falls in one choreographie. It was very nice for me to do that and it works. I was a little bit scared because I don´t want to disappoint the coordinator because it was the first time for me that I work with him. But everything was good and the hits looked so hard. Know I hope they call me back for more jobs.
From Wednesday to saturday I was on a seminar for Wushu in Munich by Serge Seguin a try to improve my Nandao for competizi. Six hours training per day. I like it very much by reason for two things:
    1. I can train in a group. It was very nice to train in a group and the six hours fells like two
    2. My girlfriend was with me and we train together there. She train Chen-Taiji and I took one or two
hints from the Trainers Serge and Markus Heilmann (National Coach from Austria)
It was a very tough week for me and know I have to go to bed!
Sorry that I don´t can upload Team pictures but there are also two reasons:
    1. It´s not allowed
    2. I forgot my camera...
oh 3. I forgot my card in my car. Photos next week...
    byebye
    Now I have them...

This is the Training Area. It´s not so big but you think you are in China if you train there
    The bar

    Me will training

Me with Sifu Serge Seguin and one of his son

The judges for the test of that school. From left to right: I don´t know the guy but he is one of the first Teachers in traditional Hung Gar Gong Fu in Germany... but he retired. In the blue there is Sifu Serge. The red one is Andi from Austria. He is a Wushu Trainer there, and on the right Markus Heilmann. National Coach from Austria.
