Happy April/Spring everybody!! Some exciting casting news. Staying put this year with AFI (American Film Institute) in LA. I will be working with the talented Director Quan Zhouan Zhou (http://web.me.com/zhouquan/1987films_en/Zhou_Quan.html) of 1987 Motion Pictures and the talented producer Ryoji Kureoji Kure (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm3033958/) in the film "Getting Home" playing the Lead. It's in Pre Production now and gearing up for a start date of April 28 2012.
In the last couple of weeks, I also got the golden opportunity to work with fellow up and coming director I-Fu Chen (http://vimeo.com/16957529) in "One Night Stand" and Matt Tebeier Ma in "The Punch" where I had only 8 hours to train for a grueling fight sequence..where I ended up bruised on both arms, legs and back. This last Month is especially humbling and honorable because I got to work with fellow creative artists all from China and Taiwan. I got to do it without leaving the states! Wouldn't change it for anything else. I Thank the Lord for the blessings!! Cheers and Love everyone!!

Blessed by Casting

Thanks everybody for checking in. I have been blessed in casting in the last couple of weeks. I ended February with a Lead role in "YABA" It's a short film but got to work with skilled AFI Director Nick Bouier, Producer Julian Ouanes, and Cinematographer Drew Shankweiler. Also got to act Opposite Michael Scott Allen (Justified, Raising Hope, and Criminal Minds) Going back to my AFI roots!! :D
Than on March 7th, I got to travel to my hometown of the bay Area to film Mission Chinese with the one and only Ron Yuan...what haven't he been in? :P (Entourage, Red Dawn, The Fast and the Furious) just to name a few and also rounding out the cast is Ivan Shaw (Days of our Lives), Elaine Tan (In the City), Michael Sun Lee (Hawaii Five O) and Henry Lee (Huff). I also started taking classes with Stan Kirsch...and i have to say...I'm obtaining some new tools for my arsenal belt. Shows if you work hard at your goals...slowly but surely things will come together. Hard work DO pay off!! Cheers and Love and GOD Bless!
