Well, first of all, it turns out that I'm actually taking 22 classes per week, which indeed is insane. Therefore, some time, it is not 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., but to 6 p.m. I concede that I'm kind of crazy by pushing myself way beyond my limit.
As to the campus job, I currently work at Subway (fast food). In fact, it's pretty fun to make subs, at least now I know the name of all the ingredients. By the way, Subway has a super complicated oven.
As to the text books. Luckily I nearly rent all of them, with few exceptions, which are totally acceptable. However, if I remember correctly, I still spent 400 bucks on text books.
Lol, now I finally realize why almost all the Chinese upperclassmen skip class from time to time. It so freaking cold here!!! Can you believe that it's gonna snow tomorrow?! Who would like to get up at 7 and go to classes that don't count attendance, in the worst weather on the earth?
Although I said all that, I'm still gonna try to get up tomorrow and go to my 8:30 chem class, mainly because I've already skipped like a week's class, and I don't feel confident to maintain an A in that way.....
Overall, I'm having a great experience since I'm finally learning something useful except math and science.
