one of the first things I remember about art is coloring books.
star wars coloring books with huge boxes of crayola crayons.

Its appropriate I got my start in the business coloring other peoples works. first in comics, then in animation, later in video games.

but this album is about my comic books.

I've been coloring comics since 1992. . I started as one of the young punk asses at Image comics in the early 90s producing color guides which was an organic medium of markers, paint or color pencils...really, any weapon of choice to get er done. then the guide went to the computer colorist who used it as a ....guide,lol.....eventually guidest were the first to go when
sales started to drop so I had to learn the computer in order to survive. I went on to work for Verotik Comics and then freelance for all the publishers at one point...later I went indie
then into other art fields. design in a few fields. expanded my artistic horizons but
always seem to get pulled back into comic books. no matter hard  I can't get away.hahahahah

    I go through
a couple years at a time where I don't do anything comic book related. I'm picky. I like
to do what I like to do so it doesn't always pay or I have to make hUUUUge financial
sacrifices to produce the way I want to and not everyone wants to share.

luckily I've been associated with some amazing projects and some talented and honorable people. its a rare find, and when you think you have, you haven't. But you have to keep on going to do your best and honor your intent.

I learned a lot coloring these amazing talents. in one way or another they all inspired me to go on and do my own thing.

thanks for taking the time to read my ramblings and to check out my collaborations!
