Damn it. i typed the whole new post n it's gone, coz from AnD.
And i cant type it all over again. coz it was the words from my heart. how can i retype. then it sound so fake. Neh, forget it.
Well, maybe i shud be positive. Text something happy. Well ok. Pls read the below as a refference for a better life:1. Take a 10-30 minute walk every day. And while you walk, smile. It is the ultimate anti-depressant.
2. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day... Buy a lock if you have to.
3. Buy a DVR and tape your late night shows and get more sleep.
4. When you wake up in the morning complete the following statement, 'My purpose is to___ today.
5. Live with the 3 E's -- Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy
6. Play more games and read more books than you did in 2007.
7. Make time to practice prayer. They provide us with daily fuel for our busy lives.
8. Spend time with people over the age of 70 and under the age of 6.
9. Dream more while you are awake.
10. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants.
11. Drink green tea and plenty of warm water. Eat blueberries, wild Alaskan salmon, broccoli, almonds & walnuts.
12. Try to make at least three people smile each day.
13. Clear clutter from your house, your car, your desk and let new and flowing energy into your life.
14. Don't waste your precious energy on gossip, energy vampires, issues of the past, negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.
15. Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn. Problems are simply part of the curriculum that appear and fade away like algebra class but the lessons you learn will last a lifetime.
16. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a college kid with a maxed out charge card.
17. Smile and laugh more. It will keep the energy vampires away.
18. Life isn't fair, but it's still good. J
19. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone.
20. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.
21. You don't have to win every argument. Agree to disagree..
22. Make peace with your past so it won't spoil the present.
23. Don't compare your life to others'. You have no idea what their journey is all about.

37. Each night before you go to bed complete the following statements: I am thankful for _____. Today I accomplished _____.
38. Remember that you are too blessed to be stressed…
39. Enjoy the ride. Remember this is not Disney World and you certainly don't want a fast pass. You only have one ride through life so make the most of it and enjoy the ride.

回家0左一段時間。以然好tired。返0左理而經有一個星期。無做D咩野又好悶無得上網。所以家下先update 這個blog。
I’ve been home quiet some time already, almost 1 week, still feel tired. Just lay back, do nothing. No internet connection, as unsubscribed long ago, affected this blog leave behind.
在hometown除開對主部電腦做back最大的MISSION就係追蹤盧巧音幾Malaysia怡保宣傳啦。Sorry 呀似左D 0甜。無怪我呀無得上網又要晒相。而下就係D相片。。。
At hometown, other than back up my laptop, the most important MISSION was to join Lum’s Malaysia promotion in Ipoh . Sorry for the late update. Due to can’t online and need to develop my films & get it scanned. Below are some of the pictures …
第一圈﹐阿LUM在房見歌迷。講解佢的新碟。

LUM拿起我帶裡幾USB給現場各位看看。講解下500 lup USB。
佢刻我一跳。果然記得我有兩件哦。應記得lup主哦。真經牙。 LOL
Lum was presenting the USB I took to the showcase. Introduce the limited edition.
The most shocking was, she remember how many piece I have and mentioned that it has kept in good condition, with a “bag”. LOL
第一次見到阿LUM緊係有D緊張啦。但唔及得以前好鬼死怕0袈。家0下好好多囉。見多幾次面應該會集慣0加啦。在場個一刻只怕太多人又其是記者們。我好怕相機0架 –有CAMERA PHOBIA病症。家上我平時好小追星﹐唔知應該點樣作出反應亦唔知點做。乏然之間阿LUM題起我(因為我帶咪個USB去)。。。所有現場者到哇一聲﹐好羨慕眼光。令到我出晒位0甜﹐我係地下人裡架嗎0甘特然刻趁我呀。唔係怪阿LUM只係個人比夠底調D。
Feel excited and anxious to meet Lum in person for the first time. But not as scare as previous years. At present not bad – still a bit no use to it, maybe just first met. Should get more chances to let it in nature. Honestly, at that time I feel scared as I’m under the spotlight of the crowd, especially reporters and cameras – me, camera phobia. I don’t use to chase after any stars and seldom participated in any gathering. That’s why I’m a bit stoned. Suddenly Lum get me involved in her promotion, as I bring along my usb along, which I’m the only one who purchased them earlier on. All the spectators stunned with the magnificent USB. Lum got me the attraction too. Hey, I’m an undergrounee la. Not to blame Lum, just my problem- low profile people…hee.
一夜之後全馬到見到我0甜。感覺多麼榮幸。謝謝晒阿LUM。真的LUM死我啦。。。啦啦啦。我不會忘記個一晚 -甜死囉 :P
Can’t believe that she let the whole country to see my face lol. Should be proud of it. Thanks dear Lum. This the most unforgottable night, so sweet.
