Lets talk about alternative medicine or how every person help itself when is sick - just take a pill or do something different. How to prevent our health - change life style: food, exercises, thoughts and so on. I will be very happy if you share your secrets for healthy life :-)

For example I don't like to take pills and thanks God - I don't need to.
