"Divorced,beheaded,died,divorced,beheaded, survived"

An easy way of remembering Henry the 8th's six wives fates reminded me of certain dates in which mine could read 'poisoned, burned, accidental incarceration,darted' and so forth. I've always been a disastrous date no matter what base i'm on.

I recreated a scene from Dirty Dancing once, i'm sure one will remember it, the dance to the tune 'cry to me' at the bedside. I set the mood with candle light and attempted to seduce my gentleman friend, caressing his body as I moved slowly around him before hearing him scream upon seeing his calve on fire, it appeared I'd knocked over the candle as I walked around and the oil that had been placed on his body was highly combustible. He was alright no serious physical damage from what I remember.

You ever had those nightmare moments when you've tried to impress someone or actually on the dates, it seemed back in my dating days I had more than a few and it always appeared to be my fault. I'll not even metion the time I tried pole dancing I did not look sexy more like panic stricken fear.

musicnote~ lol as long as others get a laugh out of it that's the main thing, I laugh too, my dates may never but who cares :D

silky~ I think that's how it should be and I probably would nowadays, i've learnt my lesson from passed dates :)

AsianChick100~ sadly yeah I'm serious. I sit for months thinking of fiction stories to write when really I should just take inspiration from my own life :D. I don't know how I manage it but if there is even the slightest chance of mishap I some how stumble upon it!

jacs~ Glad you like the comics, A friend sent them to me and it just brought back memories for me, funny ones that really shouldn't be funny ;)

The fire was like one of those quick light and out blasts you know like a flambe I can't for the life of me remember the oil he had on which is strange, that's really the part I should remember incase I ever felt the desire to recreate the scene again ;) I was actually shocked and struck dumb which surprised me as laughter would usually be my first thought.

I'm sure people struggle to tell you when you have food stuck to your teeth etc, it's one of those subjects that even dear friends struggle to tell you about or desire not to tell you about it and let you look like that :D

Yikes, your gentleman friend's calve going on fire sounds scary. Did you start laughing at that point? I don't know what I would've done.

I don't think I had much nightmare moments, the worse thing was probably stuffing too much food into my mouth and having veges stuck on my face/teeth/mouth without anyone telling me O.o

During my dating days, I never tried to impress. I suppose cos most of the time I didn't care whether the date went well or not, nor did it matter whether the boy continued to like me. Then why did I go on the date? I don't know. haha
