  • Depol name change. Would you?

I've never changed names by Depol. Majority of people, both online and out ,now know me as Joanne Sanderson, not officially but commonly. So technically I've changed my name but still don't need to go through the paperwork to officially change. Although I still go by my original name and you can feel free to use it now :)

    some of the other names:-

    Gail

    Black Widow (certain sport Moniker)

    Aretha Jennings (Alternative Novelist)

    DarkAngel (Clothes label)

    EmeraldSapphire (Jewellery design)

    Rebecca Cartwright( Photography)

some OFFICIALLY CHANGE their names stupidly for a dare . (These are all true British name changes):-

1.Vincent SuperDude Nymphomaniac Barbarian in Dinosaur Hell Valentine

    2. Toasted T Cake

    3. Hong Kong Phooey

4.Something long and complicated (previously known as William Wood)

    5. Mouth who wants to know O'Mighty.

Would you ever consider changing your name officially?

If you changed your name to a foolish one, what would it be?. Mine would be .....'Bachelor Arts', then techinically I would have a BA, and be able to teach in Asia :)

I'm too lazy to go through the trouble of changing my name officially... I still haven't gotten around to changing my last name to my husband's last name... whoops! ;P

Hahaha....My stomach hurt so bad from laughing especially after Kung Fu Panda :-) My mom gave me a really long name that I can just pick one of them and voila, a nick name. But when I was little, I think I would only answer to "dumb Damien cat" for at least a year, does that count as stupid nickname?

OMG those true Brit name changes are crazy!
Hmm I don't if ever would change my first name as I quite like it and there aren't too many people with that name.  I was too lazy to even change my last name when I got married but I've been thinking of doing so lately.  I already use my husband's last name socially.   I've had many nicknames and people always try to shorten my name which I hate.  My friends Steven and Chris used to call me Sue Lee as a joke because we were out once and I told someone that was my name :P   I'm also notorious for giving nicknames to people I don't like :P

Hahaha leave it to you to imagine a useful foolish name. You never fail to get me laughing. Good luck with that lol.

As for my name, #5 already took it.

Lol, BA...nice... I only considered changing my legal first name to "Melly" since technically it's a nickname.  Yet outta respect for parents I propably won't.  Plus good way to check for junk/spam mail :D

well, I never wanted to change my name but I did want to change my last name since my parents divorced, I wanted my mom's last name... and that was enough to mess with some people... some only know me as Jane Chu... others don't... and they get confused... hahaa... =X

I like my name..... so don't think I'll change it.  As for nicknames, I've had a few but none of them really stuck.
Hmm, don't know what I'd change my name to if I did decide to do it.... but definitely it won't be a strange name.  =)

interesting.  I don't think you need a bachelor of arts to teach in China or certain other Asian countries.  I thought it was just Korea and Japan.

Maybe I would change my name to Indianjaine but probably not, I quite like Pohutukawa girl, my  myspace moniker.
That's it on the silly name front.   I have changed my name, well actually my mother changed my name, I used to have my fathers last name but when I was 10 or 11 my mother changed it to her maiden name.
