    I chose my poison

    Listened to your lies

    Killing me slowly

    As you breathe

     

    Trapped

    Breaking away

    Need air

    Not the stale carbon dioxide

    You exhale

     

    Reality slipping

    Out of view

    Anarchy

    Lives stolen

    From hollow shells

    Nothingness

    Left of their souls

    Reawakened

     

    Never seem to leave my mind

    Holding you

    Euphoria

    Mingled with fear

    Don’t want to be your play toy

    I am not plastic

     

    I have already chosen

    My mode of death

    It is to sit here

    And rest

    As you kill me slowly

    Lie by lie

    Breath by breath

     

    I will not run

    Legs are jelly

    I want to breathe

    Clean air

    Yet you never seem to leave
