  Every Year, the Saga city does organize a Baloon Festival.
  It is an amazing experience to see many baloons flying across the sky with their multiple colors and shapes.

  Sometime ago I was visting Miyajima island-Hiroshima prefecture Japan....and I could not stop thinking this too is a wonder  of nature.......

  This is a dynamic drama that communicates the gospel and the character of God. The subject of the drama is based in

   

  1 Samuel 16:7 “The Lord does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart”

   

  The Mime is divided into three sections.

  The first section is called “MASQUERADE”. It begins with the introduction of the four characters and the masks they wear. Each of the four characters has a double personality.

  Character	False personality (with mask)	True personality (without mask)
  GLAMOUR GIRL	Queen in a parade. She is proud, haughty, flirtatious, “stuck-up”, and totally into her self. Beauty	Bitterness, anger, and frustration, she want to  fight or cry
  CLOWN	She/he is the life of the party. Everyone’s friend, and very hyper and fun. She/he shows substance abuse (alcohol or drugs).	Pain, desperation, distress or suicidal. She/he asks for help. Her/his hand becomes a gun, she/he raises the gun to the head and fires.
  MACHO MAN	He is a real tough guy, looking for a fight, always feeling like he has to prove himself. He teases the audience.	Total fear on his paranoid face. He is tense and scared out of his mind
  HYPOCRITE	She/he is very judgmental and proud. Her/his pride is not in their looks as with glamour girl, but in their religion of “loveless”, self-righteousness. She/he angrily accuses each person.	Panic, frustration, despair. She/he is blind. She/he panics, listening and gropes over.

  The second section is SEQUENCE. All four characters walk forward, with the mask. They pull their mask down showing again their true identity. Note that their true personality is very distressed, sad and hopeless. They pull their mask back up into their face, they show their fake personality.

  To understand the heart of the drama, it is important to focus on next scene:

  ¨       What does it happen to the four characters personality when they meet Jesus?

  ¨       What is the consequence of Jesus touch on their heart?

  The third section is THE KING OF HEARTS. Jesus is the king of hearts. He looks up responding to the call of Father God. ”Here I am, send me”. Jesus offers his hand to the four characters. He died in the cross and his body slumps forward symbolizing his burial. He stands symbolizing his resurrection. Jesus offers salvation to each of the characters and they become Christians. Jesus gives to them a new heart.

  ¨       Which type of mask are we wearing?

  ¨       Are we ready to be touched by Jesus and let Him change our heart?

  Did you know that in Japan mountains are cordially addressed? At first I found it hilarious ... Mr Fuji? ... what?

  Yet, Mr Fuji is really beautiful and It stands out to dominate the sea and the cliffs. A wonder of nature.
