今日牛一

Today marks the day of me stepping foot into adulthood and bidding goodbye to my childhood.
The start of adult life simply means more responsibilities for me.
And to be honest, I'm not quite ready to take up this challenge yet.

It's a norm for people to celebrate their 21st in a pretty grand way but it begs to differ for me. Unfortunately, I'm having exams this week and the last paper end only on Sunday morning.
Hence I can't afford to hold any party. Besides my friends are also having their examinations! Sigh what a bad timing!! I swear this is the 1st time that I've examinations during my birthday!! When I was younger, there weren't any examinations in the month of April!! Argh..
So that's uni life!

I met up with fellow AnD friend Mel for a K session yesterday on my birthday eve.. and though it was just the 2 of us, it was fun!  Thanks Mel for taking time off to accompany me!!

and first of, I had to sing for myself, Landy Wen 祝我生日快乐！ hahaha

and I was soooooo surprised that they had my favourite duet!!
hahaha that I went screaming in the room and sms-ing all the friends about it!!
I bet they are all now planning to go n sing!

My mum took leave for me today and brought me up to Equinox which is located at the 70th Storey of Swissotel Stamford for a birthday lunch treat!
Food wasn't too bad it's a semi buffet whereby the appetizers and the deserts were buffet and they serve you with the maincourse..

I had this classic beef thingy and the meat was soo tender and also a Stamford tower cocktail where they give a complimentory mug like this...

not forgetting my birthday cake that is complimentory from the hotel!




since I'm right up at the 70th Floor, how could I miss not taking photos of the breathtaking view of Singapore!!
