• Happy Holidazr everyone

    I've missed you all life has been crazy. some good some bad in the past few months. today is only a day for good news really so i'm gonna stick to that. :)
  right now i'm hollering @ yall from las vegas. i arrived here last thursday and caught a cold upon touchdown (atleast it feels like it).  this yr Lily is going to be spending her first xmas with her dad since she was 3.  went to the Party Rock Tour a few weeks ago and got to meet AnD artists Far East Movement. they are great guys very polite and love their fans as much as their fans love them. it was unforgettable. i've made many new friends and reconnected with many old friends. don't think i forgot about yall. i miss every single one of you. i hope all is well and that this will be a blessed and beautiful holiday for you and your families.

• been awhile

    so i was farting around on twitter and i thought to myself "hmm i should shout at my peeps on AnD before they think i'm dead". I miss you all. I'm back in the northeast for now. getting lily rdy to go back to school  i've been helping my mom and my sibling out. i'm destroying their bad eating habits to make them healthier ppl so when i leave i won't have to worry so much about their health. thy all have high blood pressure  and my oldest sister has diabetes and all they eat is deep fried soul food. i'm not hatin on it i love fried chicken and collard greens but only once in awhile. so i'm introducing them to healthir and yet still yummy food. how are you all? i'm trying to catch up on all my feeds. 327 to be exact. HK trip switched to Oct. about 9 weeks away..super excited. anyway, i'm off to procrastinate some more. be well and remember not to end your day w/o learning something new.

• resurfacing

    so.. i reentered the world of the living finding i have to catch up on 43 feeds , my best friend is doing a music festival and  that i'm completely out of the loop. lily left for camp today and my place is packed and ready to be moved. with the heat getting to the point of hellish i decided to hibernate until my move and try to get more work done.it sucks sometimes when you re-realize the world goes on without you. anyway i'm done rambling. i'll be back to frequent updates i promise.  love and miss you all. and to my jie jie's baby and posh. i hope you have a great weekend. much love
