What's so special about this cover is that I get to sing in Cantonese again. So, I really want you guys to have a listen. It is done in the studio and recorded by my Ipod, and yes, I use a piece of paper, otherwise I won't be able to remember all the lyrics. Though, the chorus is starting to kick in.
I want to play this at one of our next shows... probably at BACKSTAGE on the 13th of December when we will play with Meg. But, I will still have to use a piece of paper, kind of like Karaoke style... hey, but so what... at least I pronounce the words well enough.
Here is the link to our webpage on www.mp3.com.hk/fbi where you can look for 踩界(Chai Gai) by FBI (黃貫中(Paul Wong) cover)
I really hope you enjoy this because I have been working so hard on it. There will be another Cantonese song to come in the near future too, that we may also play at BACKSTAGE.
We want to give our audience at BACKSTAGE some diversity... and guys! we forgot to practice the Rock Christmas songs. Hell YEah! It's almost XMas and almost my bday so we are really going to give you a present this Xmas. Our music and our diversity.... and more importantly, a gwailo who sings in Cantonese.
You love it!
Peace
Cain
Note: The CDs are selling really well, so make sure you get to one of the stores mentioned below and get your copy. If they are sold out you may have to steal or kill for one. So be quick. What a good christmas present to give your loved one. Some Man Love! from FBI

I have finally gotten around to scanning these articles.
Re:spect Magazine

BC Magazine
Just had to add this in again...
The EP is called Fire Bird International. “Man Love!” and “Gonna Make Love” has been misspelt. I also think HK has the beautifulest girls in the world! The photo where I squeeze Jerald’s ass is in fact in the CD booklet, not on the front cover.

I told you before that I was 'limp' for the U69 show and I really felt that I didn't perform to the best of my abilities because I was losing my voice. I have such high expectations of myself and I care so much about how well I perform. But, turns out that I wasn't that bad after all. Despite almost losing my voice altogether I managed to get through the night with not too much drama. The guys were great as always. Here is the review....
"
Live Review from Underground 69:
Having been a devoted follower of Chochukmo, I decided to move on: I had chatted with the FBI guys on a web-radio programme a while ago, and within 4 weeks I had seen them twice. FBI started with a Blink 182 cover song first to show their love for punk. A speedy and energetic number to warm the crowd up. They interacted with the audience as they yelled out “I say LK, you say…” and expected the people to shout back “F!” This turned the crowd on and they (especially the girls) started to dance. Cain told me earlier on his voice was almost gone. How could I believe him? He became another person as he sang onstage - his voice was perfectly fine - with the professional music back up: Jerald’s RHCP-esque bassline, precise slapping and tapping; Kam’s thick and catchy guitar riffs; and Nice’s tight percussion, last but not least. While Cain decided to take a short rest, his amazing force took the lead and sang a couple of fast Canto-pop numbers, with a character of course - most of the mainstream Cantopop singers were poorly covering songs, with no style, written by the original composers anyway. Shortly Cain went back and insisted to sing “Man Love” with the guys. A very bright number. They ended their set with freestyle rap about number “6″ and “9″ (two suggestive numbers). Could be the sexiest band of the night, but let me determine a bit later, because the next band’s coming up. One of them would take off his clothes in the middle of the show. Check it out.

Here are some reviews of the Underground Compilation CD that we have been lucky to be a part of. So far HK magazine, TimeOut magazine and last Sunday's South China Morning Post have done reviews of the compilation CD. Please take a look
We are lucky that our EP has been mentioned in two magazines already. We have been given 4/5 stars from Re:spect magazine. I will scan it later so you can have a look. And you are probably aware of the interview in BC magazine. We are still looking to get our CD reviewed by other media. If you can help please let us know.
Enjoy!
