Here's a piece of concept art I've done for the FISTFUL OF BLOOD movie being directed by Digger T Mesch and produced by Cordelia Choi...This character design is called 'DOON' and he's a cowboy zombi...EVEN THOUGH DOON WAS DEAD...HE STILL FLINCHED WHENEVER HE SAW A BOW & ARROW!!!

Hi Fellow Alivenotdeaders,
Just a quick blog entry to anounce that I'm thrilled to finally be working with Digger T Mesch and Cordelia Choy (Both alive not dead alumni) and with profiles on here!

It's been on the cards for a while and the Planets have finally aligned....it's looking good!

The Digger has kindly asked me to provide concept artwork designs for his latest cool movie project and I'm only too happy to have been asked and to be able to say "Yes! For you Digger...consider it done my friend!"

We're all working together to make this movie a reality not a misfire! I have a very good feeling about this one!!! Will keep you posted.

OUR WAR MOVIE SHOOT!!!

Hi everyone on Alivenotdead,
we started our little 'War / Horror movie' shoot this weekend!

I was really pleased with how it went too! The acting was good (and will no doubt get better!), the lighting, camerawork and script revisions all worked out well. The on-set vibe was great too...all positive energy, creative, collaborative and cost effective!

We'll be continuing throughout this year and I'm feeling very confident now that we've started...

Back to Work...

Thank you so much for your comments. You're an absolute champion with all you've done for us thus far.

I know this movie will be a success! Especially with you on board. We have so many talented people that Digger has pulled together so this can't go wrong. I will keep the D in line so that we can get this moving.

Fuck man- not good- I'm so sorry bro - U'll be fine - hang in there- be patient.

it really is a hazard of the trade doing all that detail. I can't do it like I used to man. i don't have it in me anymore.

My hands will do it but my head won't allow it . Mostly my focus is all over the place and I can;t sit still without turning the radio up to a deafening level - to the point I can't hear myself think.

I'll do an intro now for you - he's busy as fuck with the film be aware . Also - he doesnt have his email on his card so maybe just for now - send me the letter with the work and I'll pass it on.

I'll ask him if it's ok to give you his contact once he has your work and see's how brilliant you are and i'm sure he'll get back to you.

He gets blasted a lot - Im starting to feel like his agent right now but it's al good- for you I'll do it . Hit me with whatever you want to send him and I'll forward it .

Also - we'll need some production design once we get the green light to tone down some of the costumes and characters . They are a bit too OUT THERE right now for live action film . More on the video game tip as they are. U up for that ? That's how I'd like to introduce you.

U have any of those images of some of the characters you wanted to sculpt - let me see again. If I can't do it I know some guys that might want to do because you're the real deal getting published and all .

OK - again- get better brother - the world needs to see many more years of your work !

I'm currently on page 70 (of 74) and then I need to paint a great cover for the book. Once that's all done I'll be getting a few 'demo copies' together via lulu.com. If you could let me know Kevin's contact details that would be cool? Did you already mention it to him???
