  Life in Austrlia is going well,  Melbourne isn't as busy as Other states as far as the media industry goes though. Depends on what sort of work you want to get into as far as the immigration thing. I  know a lot of English people seem to retire over here but I know it can cost quite a lot of $$.  Do you speak Japanese?

  How's the film/TV industry for foreigners trying to break in? I know there are a few (working in TV, some comedians, etc.). But w/the lousy economy, is Immigration still open to newcomers? Or are they really cracking down?
