I have watched the Korean movie, A Moment to Remember (내 머리 속의 지우개), years ago, but I recently was able to watch the Director's Cut (which is about 27 minutes longer).  Although some critics say this movie is nothing more than a advertisement for Coke Cola or a long music video, it's definitely still one of my favorite Korean movies.  Very sad though - one of the saddest movies, I've ever watched.  Makes me wonder if I'll develop Alzheimer's disease (阿茲海默病) and become a burden to those around me.

A Moment to Remember (내 머리 속의 지우개 literally Eraser in My Head) is a 2004 South Korean film based on a 2001 Japanese television drama Pure Soul broadcast by Yomiuri Telecasting Corporation. It stars Son Ye-jin and Jung Woo-sung. A Moment to Remember follows the theme of discovery in a relationship and the burdens of loss caused by Alzheimer's disease. (from Wikipedia).

I also like the Original Soundtrack (OST).  It has some acoustic guitar, piano, some light jazz, and some classic music.

Here's the trailer with Japanese subtitles.
