Hi guys,Recently I have entered a T-shirt design competition on facebook, for a company call www.SwishSwosh.com.Through months of voting and complications I have finally been chosen to be in the top-ten.This a great achievement for me as i never win anything haha

Hi guys,Recently I have been really into my fitness and cardiovascular work, and so I've been going to my gym quite frequently over the past month, don't get me wrong I hate fighting!Ii just love the fitness side of it and the discipline we have to take upon, in order to achieve our goals.Below are some pictures of seminars which I have taken part in, The first lot is my Lutre Livre class (No Gi BJJ) and second is training with my idol, 'Ramon The Diamond Dekker', ........dude can kick haha, i secretly wanted to cry form the pain when he kicked me

2016 Olympics

Congratulations to Rio De Janeiro for winning the right to stage the 2016 Olympics. They have tried through many attempts and have finally fought through.
