I hope you are great...today was pretty much a blah day. Well, sort of. I had to run some errands this morning. I went to the post office to send back a defective wireless router and then I went to the local Dollar Tree and picked up a few items. Then I got home and realized I forgot to get milk. So after Jessa and A.J. were upstairs and napping (at least A.J. was) and my parents said they would watch the kids, I headed out again.
Can't believe the price of milk these days!!! It's insane. Luckily I on...Read more
I hope everyone is doing great...I'm sorry I haven't been on here all week. Things have been extremely busy. Amanda left last week for Pennsylvania to see her family and I've been here playing Mr. Mom. Jessa and A.J. can be quite a handful at times, but lately, they have been very very good.
Everyone has been asking how my job interview went. It went really well. There were 75 applicants for the job and 15 phone interviews. Then came 3 in-person interviews and guess who was the final in-person int...Read more
Well, the next few days are going to be both good and sad in a way. Tomorrow, Amanda and I are going to see The Forbidden Kingdom. We are going to see the very first show in the afternoon. The theater is only 5 minutes from here, but I'm so looking forward to seeing the movie. Jackie and Jet together!!! From what we have seen in the ads, I have a feeling we may be seeing the #1 film at the Box Office this weekend!!!!
Saturday, however, will be pretty sad. Amanda leaves for Pennsylvania. Her fli...Read more
Hopefully, everyone is doing great. Amanda and I saw "The Forbidden Kingdom" today and it exceeded our expectations. We were amazed at this film. When we first heard it was a Hollywood film that would star Jackie and Jet, considering their track records here on separate occasions, we thought, it wasn't going to be done as well. Of course, after seeing the trailer and ads, we had some hope.
I highly recommend The Forbidden Kingdom. Jackie Chan and Jet Li were great in their dual personalities...Read more
I hope things are going well for everyone. Here, it's been pretty awesome. The last few days were quite busy. Amanda and I got a lot done. We were able to get A.J. a new car seat, did a lot of grocery shopping, and with the help of my mom, some clothes shopping. If it's no surprise, we are currently living with my folks, who were gracious enough to offer for us to stay here when we moved. As always, life has its ups and downs like a roller coaster but lately, things have been more up :)
Well, I hav...Read more
What's up??? Things here in Florida are actually going well. Some freaky things have happened...okay, one freaky thing. I saw a garden snake up close for the first time. It was black and when I saw it, I have to admit, I ran the other way, all grossed out. It was insane...just the thought gives me chills.
Got to see two new films yesterday. One was "Death Sentence" with Kevin Bacon from James Wan, the director of Saw. It was insanely violent but Kevin Bacon gave a hell of a good performance as ...Read more
Hope everyone is doing well. I'm actually doing pretty well today. I got to go to the library this morning. Picked up 5 movies and saw 2 already. I watched "The Namesake", a film directed by Mira Nair (Monsoon Wedding) and stars Kal Penn, who if anyone have seen "Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle" will know him for his role as Kumar. In "The Namesake", Kal plays Gogol Ganguli, a young man who tries his best to balance his parents' traditional Indian views with modern day America. I'm use...Read more
I hope everyone is doing well. I've been somewhat stressed lately with job hunting, but today, I have had some hope. Went to Orlando and DeLand to drop off some applications for some potential full-time work. So we will see. :)
Anyway, I don't like bringing up old stuff that happened early this year, but as a new member of AnD, I just feel like I should tell my opinion on a certain topic. As everyone knows, there was the big photo scandal that rocked Hong Kong involving Edison Chen, Gillian Chung, ...Read more

Hope everyone is doing well. Today is one insane day. It has been raining on and off all day today. After I blogged yesterday, we were hit with thunderstorms left and right. I got to watch Sunshine with Michelle Yeoh and Hiroyuki Sanada and I highly recommend it to fans of science fiction movies. It was very good and a twist put the icing on the cake for me.
Jessa and I walked down to the store near where we live and I got soaked as did Jessa and we got hit with a downpour on the way there. We got back and we ...Read more
