Earlier this month, me and of my social worker began working out at a local fitness center. I want to lose weight and come in better shape, that`s why i began training.

I have used treadmills, spinning bike and i used various weights. Some of the workout equipment was hard to use, but since this was the first time i was there, it was normal.

I liked to walk fast on the treadmill. The first time i was there, i walked for 42 minutes. When i went off the treadmill, i felt very dizzy. It went away after a short while. I forgot to take with a bottle with something to drink, so that`s probably why i was so dizzy.

Now i take with me a bottle each time. I had pain under my feet after that first day. I did hurt to walk. I get warm, sweaty and tired after each workout, but you are supposed to be that.I think it`s good to workout. We will continue to go to the center and train together.

Yes, i had a trainer who showed me how the use some of the equipment last time i was there.

He has made a workout plan for me. I believe that the next i will be training there, he will follow up on me and help me.

It's nice to have someone to work out with.  It sounds like you did too much the first day.  SLOW DOWN!  Is there a trainer at the facility who can design a plan for you?  You are young and strong so you could probably whip yourself into shape pretty quickly....but then you have to keep it up!
