So its that time again...the Toronto International Film Festival is starting today!

Last year this time I had just got my hands on some tix for the showing of Blood Brothers...It was an exciting week for me hahha I got to see Daniel Wu!!

My friend and I were so excited we had bought a sharpie...just in case we had the opportunity to get an autograph from Mr. Wu   Unfortunately we had left it a work that night...either of us had pens in our purse!  So at dinner we were trying to figure out a way to find a pen...we saw one of those ballot boxes at the doorway for some kind of draw...Our eyes lit up!  So as we left the restaurant we looked around to make sure no one was watching us... then YES we stole a pen!

  Looking back and talking about this has made me very embarrassed!! We STOLE a pen...JUST for an autograph from Daniel Wu!! Soooo BAD!!!

  Well we ended up getting an autograph and I also kept the pen that Daniel signed with...Too bad it was a stolen pen

Should we give the pen back?? Its been a year LOL

Oh the crazy things you make girls do Mr. Wu

I just got my wedding photos back and now I have to go thru all 1400 of them and make up 3 albums. Two parent albums and 1 for us to keep...as well as decide on which photos I need to make lots of copies of for the relatives. This is taking me so long, at first I really wanted to see the pictures but now I am too lazy to go through all of them

My grandma performed the traditional Hair Combing ceremony then stuck some twigs in my hair...I was so afraid she would ruin my do!

The guys look so serious because they were asked to serenade me from outside my parents house with the song "Fever" hahahhaaa

Then they were asked to eat chocolate and peanut butter that was smeared on maxi pads!! The girls were very evil!!! hahhahaa Only one of the guys were a good sport...after seeing this I have a whole lotta respect for him hahhaa

The next obstacle was for them to eat globs of WASABI on shirmp chips...EASY!

Finally the girls said "just pay up and we will let you in the house" The guys had printed fake money with his face on it to give to the girls!!! Everyone bursted out laughing.

OK I know we had to get up early but it was only 11:30am by this time and we caught 3 of them sleeping already!!

Ok if I had time blog about these pictures,  I should have time to pick through the photos...hmmm maybe after I watch some tvb movies tonight.

I thought I mentioned that before...maybe not

   I'm waiting for a customer who came in really really late for her manicure and pedicure appointment...she is not even sorry about being late and making us stay late for her!!! What a rude B*&$#!!!

    I already had the most slowest day cuz it rained and hailed all day long...all I wanna do is go home and eat and watch TV...I wanna kill her!!!!

  I have been loving the olympics this year! I don't care about all the controversy about how China did this and China did that...I am really enjoying rooting for the Chinese athletes!! So far my favorite is the swimming...yes Phelps is truly amazing...I love gymnastics as well~ I was in tears when the Chinese gymnists won gold Go China!! The girls are not underage! Don't people know that asians look younger in general??!!

 This past weekend was our annual street festival...Taste of the Danforth.  This year it rained 3 days straight...the rain would stop and then start again! not too good but we were still very very busy! We stayed til 10pm 3 days in a row   There has been way too much rain this summer!

   After the crazy weekend we had to go to the annual CTGA (canadian table and giftware association) We got lots of new product for Christmas!...we started at 9am and we didn't leave until 8pm!! There were 3 large convention centers...Lots of walking!  Here is a pic of the new building, I thought it was pretty cool... Too bad I wasn't allowed to take pics inside
