There are many things in my life that will catch my eyes but these catch my heart..

每天我提醒自己要知足和感恩的重要﹐我也知道自己常常有漂漂然的感覺。這些照片是我良好的提醒。

最近為新居換地板﹐想不到派來的僱員有一位已是年過七十的中國老人家。他身體細小﹐滿臉皺紋﹐但是敏捷的行動有如武林高人。但是﹐我也要叮囑他注意背骨﹐小心受傷﹐才能享受晚年退休生活。老人家可是對這工作有滿足感。當他們完成工作後，我請他們一噸午餐﹐ 他們對我的感激更加令我要更留意謙虛和感恩。

的确如你所说，我们抱怨着社会不公平，薪水太低，人与人的关系尔虞我诈，但是看看他们，我们要幸运很多，正如看过一篇散文，作者曾经经常抱怨自己没有一双新鞋，直到看到一个失去双腿的人。
你发的这些照片很震撼，不知道你看过《黑镜头》这套书没有，里面很多照片都获得了普利策新闻奖，相当震撼，触目惊心，有好几次，我看过之后睡觉不敢合眼，太可怕了。
