..isnt clearing quick enough for me.
no no. my "clearing" doesnt mean resolving. clearly and sadly its not resolving anytime soon. but i do hope it does.
both sides have their own arguments and justifications for whats happening.
i
went onto the Al Jazeera news website ...looked up on the news on the
gaza strip situation and scanned at what different people around the
world have to say, and their views on it.
argh...i'm not
really sure what i want to type to get to the point faster. too bad im
not good at writing down whatever i think..err typing i mean....but i
need to let this out of my system even if its a mess, so here it goes.
so
okay. there are comments on how some people think that, since the Hamas
was democratically voted by the palestinian people, they are just
mearely suffering the consequences of their votes. the Hamas has never
promised to make peace with Israel and stop their attacks in Israel...
therefore you can't blame the Israelis in retaliating. -so i guess this
person is saying, an eye for an eye.
and as for the other side
of the argument,Israel has been attacked by the Hamas, and its only
right to fight back these 'terrorists' its pretty much the same, an eye
for an eye.funny that, the killings their doing right now...tell
me....what is the difference to that of the "terrorist" Hamas? what?
because theyre killing the Hamas? woops..did you just miss out the
number of dead civillians and children that are being blown apart? and
of course i know both sides have their losses.
so both sides dont want each other to exist.
they want each other to lose and die.
they want each other to perish from this earth.
slight digression here but i just slammed my fist into the table cos i read this in the discussion;

Dr. S Chan From Singapore
Asian support for Israel
The masses in Asia support Israel! Do I have to tell you why!
--
sorry
to break it to you "Dr". S Chan, but you dont exactly represent Asia,
perhaps you should go double check how big Asia is first. at least
heres an asian who doesnt think so.
it disturbs me that people present these arguments as "the truth".
e.g. " the truth is that israel/hamas needs to perish from this world"
hahhahahahhaha
the
truth eh?
THATS THE TRUTH ?????
ahahahhaha
fuckkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk, aint that a shallow perception of the truth. pffffttt!!!
okok im not saying their lying or twisting the facts. (or maybe it is pretty biased).
for
all i know, each countrys media could be spinning their own story, and
we're being swiped to think on a certain way. the power of the media is
horrifying (even more horrifying when ive watched the Zeigeist AND
im taking Media and Politics this semester). the media can spin things
so that it moves us, and makes us throw our emotions and feelings into
the matter. the power of the media pushes the power of the people to
initiate things.most of the times, very reckless and stupid things.
i dont want to be used like that.
lemme tell you what i think the truth is.
the
truth is that there is murder. there is terrorizing. there is
suffering. there is someone over there that wants all of this to stop
right now.
the truth is, people need to stop fighting and killing each other.
i
dont care who's 'right' and whos 'wrong'. i dont give a shit about
political views, religion and whatever other sides there are available
for taking.
i just want the killings, the strife, the pain and suffering to come to an end.
the truth is very simple.
but
there are so many people who just refuse to see beyond what they think
is the "truth". taking whatever side isnt the truth, neither is it
totally right.
wake up wake up.
