「敖包相會」告不成「月亮之上」

原本是52年電影「草原上的人們」電影插曲的「敖包相會」，歌詞首次是出現在電影劇本裏，而編劇又署名海默、瑪拉沁夫、達木林三個，故瑪拉沁夫提出的告訴不獲成立。而歌曲則改編自內蒙古民歌「韓秀英」，所以雖然「月亮之上」跟「敖包相會」的前六小節真的很相似，但所有權卻應屬「韓秀英」而非「敖包相會」。故告訴並不成立。
