都說成功不是僥倖，辛苦才能換幸福！華仔在娛樂圈的努力是眾所周知的事，但有誰會想到，他連為了健身，都能捱十年戒吃油、戒吃鹽、戒吃澱粉的日子﹖！每天工作得那麼辛苦，但是為了亮在人前的六塊…不！他只有五塊…腹肌，他連吃餐味道好一點的飯菜都不行！誰能不寫「服」字﹖！
